The Role

We are seeking a remote Customer Success Manager to own the customer lifecycle for our school partners. You will champion platform adoption, deliver training, analyse usage data, and act as the vital bridge between our users and our product team.


Key responsibilities:

  • Onboard and train schools on the StudyPulse platform
  • Deliver teacher professional learning and support sessions
  • Drive adoption and engagement across staff and students
  • Ensure schools are utilising the full suite of platform features (Using Data and teacher analytics)
  • Build strong relationships with school leaders and teachers
  • Monitor usage and identify opportunities to increase platform value and retention
  • Gather feedback and communicate insights to the team
  • Support renewals, account growth, and long-term customer success (Billing/Invoicing)

Key skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in education, edtech, customer success, or account management
  • Ability to analyse engagement data and identify opportunities
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Confidence delivering training and workshops
  • Organised and structured given the need to float between different areas of the business
