About the Role
Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts and own each one commercially: health, renewals, and growth. You will run a repeatable onboarding motion, keep a sharp eye on utilisation signals across the portfolio, and progress renewal and expansion.
What You'll Do
• Onboard new customers with a repeatable, scalable process and clear success milestones
• Manage portfolio health with proactive outreach, utilisation monitoring, and triage of at-risk accounts
• Own renewal conversations independently across your portfolio
• Keep immaculate account records and act as the internal voice of the mid-market segment
What You'll Bring
• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or drone operations
• Proven ability to run many accounts concurrently and triage competing priorities
• Commercial instinct - you are comfortable leading renewal and growth conversations
• Strong CRM discipline and clear, professional communication
• Experience in mining, utilities, or agriculture is an advantage; drone or field-services exposure highly regarded
