We’re looking for a passionate and customer-centric Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building long-term customer relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring clients achieve maximum value from our products and services. You’ll work closely with sales, product, support, and operations teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience while identifying opportunities to improve retention, engagement, and business growth. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing success.
  • Understand customer objectives and develop success plans to help achieve desired outcomes.
  • Monitor customer health, product adoption, and satisfaction using key performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, product demonstrations, and customer strategy meetings.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and technical support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Proactively identify risks, resolve customer concerns, and implement retention strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, success plans, and activity updates within CRM platforms.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide recommendations to improve products, services, and processes.
  • Prepare customer success reports and performance insights for management.
  • Promote a customer-first culture focused on long-term partnerships and continuous improvement.

  • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to balance customer needs and business objectives.
