Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Entry / Junior Customer Success Manager / Relationship Manager / Account Manager. The role involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience. Daily tasks include monitoring customer satisfaction, handling service requests, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to meet customer needs. The individual will support customer retention by identifying opportunities to improve engagement, encouraging repeat purchases, and gathering feedback to enhance products and services. The role also includes tracking basic performance metrics, preparing simple reports, and maintaining accurate customer records in relevant systems.

- Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal, with strong listening skills.
- Comfort working remotely, with reliable internet access, good time management, and self-organization.
- Proficiency with common office and communication tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or customer support platforms preferred).
- Entry-level experience in customer-facing roles (e-commerce, retail, or fashion industry experience is an advantage).
- Relevant education such as a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
