We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager / Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving long-term customer success. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them maximize the value of our products and services while identifying opportunities for growth and retention.

  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and support needs.
  • Understand customer goals and provide strategic guidance to help achieve desired outcomes.
  • Monitor customer engagement and satisfaction, proactively addressing potential issues.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and follow-ups to ensure customer success and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges and deliver effective solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion, renewals, and additional services.
  • Assist with customer onboarding, training, and product adoption initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, account updates, and activity reports within CRM systems.
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to support product and service improvements.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in customer success, account management, relationship management, client services, or sales is preferred.
