Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities effectively.
- Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in customer success, account management, relationship management, client services, or sales is preferred.
