We’re looking for a tech-savvy Customer Success Manager to partner with our SME customers and drive adoption, efficiency, and measurable value.
About you
You thrive in fast-moving, tech-led environments, bringing experience from corporate travel, SaaS, or similar industries. You’re fluent in digital tools, automation, and user behaviour, and know how to turn that knowledge into smarter, more scalable ways of working.
You’re organised and unflappable when managing a high-volume portfolio, combining structure with a sharp commercial lens. Retention and growth are always front of mind, and you back your decisions with insight. Above all, you’re a clear, confident communicator who can cut through complexity and make things simple, actionable, and impactful.
About the role
This is a proactive, strategic role rather than a reactive support position. As a Customer Success Manager (SME), you’ll manage a portfolio of SME customers, focusing on scalable success, automation, and product adoption.
