We're entering an exciting growth phase, with major partnerships across hospitality, retail and entertainment, and we're looking for someone who enjoys working closely with clients to help them succeed.
About the Role
This is far more than a traditional account management role. You'll become the primary point of contact for our customers after they join SWiiFT Studio, guiding them from onboarding through to launch and ongoing success. You'll work closely with our founder, product team and developers to coordinate projects, solve problems, build relationships and ensure every customer gets genuine value from the platform. If you're someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves turning ideas into action, we'd love to hear from you.

Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Notion, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira or AI tools like ChatGPT is a bonus, but not essential.
