As the business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Success Representative to join the Operations team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
As the key point of contact for customers, you’ll guide them through onboarding, provide ongoing support, and ensure they’re getting maximum value from HALO’s solutions. This is a relationship-focused role where no two days are the same - combining customer support, problem-solving, coordination, and proactive engagement.
