Archie Rose Distilling Co. was founded in Sydney in 2014 to re-ignite and lead Australia’s rich history in distilling, driven by four values: innovation, quality, authenticity and education. Now proudly Australia’s most highly awarded distillery we produce a diverse range of whiskies, gins, vodkas and rums, as well as one-off collaborations, venues and spirits experiences.

We’re looking for a sales-focused Customer Success Specialist to join the Archie Rose team in a casual part-time role.

As the bridge between our clients and our production team, you’ll support customers looking to create branded Archie Rose spirits—from bespoke corporate gifting to tailored bottles for weddings, celebrations, and business milestones. Your goal? Daily, you’ll respond to incoming enquiries, prepare quotes, answer questions, and guide customers through the ordering process—always with warmth, professionalism, and a strong focus on delivering results. You’ll also be comfortable picking up the phone to follow up with leads, support conversion, and recommend other Archie Rose offerings, such as venue hire or spirits masterclasses.

We’re looking for someone who’s organised, confident and motivated by great service and sales outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Sales & Conversion: Respond to incoming enquiries, prepare quotes, and guide clients through the online ordering process with warmth and professionalism. You’ll be comfortable picking up the phone to actively follow up on leads and drive conversions.

  • End-to-End Project Management: Own the lifecycle of your orders. You will project manage each account internally, coordinating across the design team, bottling team, and dispatch to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Database & Marketing Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the marketing team to actively research, build, and grow our database of corporate clients.

  • Digital & UX Innovation: Bring a customer-first lens to our digital presence, collaborating on website UX and marketing ideas to make the online buying journey even better.

  • Cross-Selling: Identify and flag potential cross-sell opportunities (e.g., venue hire or spirits masterclasses) to add extra value to the client experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Sales-Minded Support: Previous experience in customer service, sales, admin, or hospitality with a proven track record of converting leads.

  • Organised Project Management Skills: Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail - you love keeping track of moving parts and meeting deadlines.

  • Proactive & Growth-Oriented: A solutions-focused mindset with an interest in marketing, database growth, and improving digital user experiences.

  • Top-Tier Communication Skills: Confident, friendly, and engaging communication skills, both written and over the phone.

  • Annual performance bonus

  • Generous annual product allowance
