Full-time
On-site
Milton, Brisbane QLD
Enjoy helping people, love technology and want to work with one of Australia's fastest-growing healthcare sectors?

We're partnering with an innovative Australian software company that's transforming the way medical aesthetics clinics operate. As the business continues to grow, we're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to become a trusted partner to clinics across Australia.

This is much more than a traditional customer support role. You'll help clinic owners and their teams get the very best from the platform, solve problems quickly and play an important part in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

About the role

Every day is different.

You'll support customers by phone, email and online, onboard new clinics, troubleshoot software issues, train users, test new features and work closely with the product and development team to continually improve the platform.

Because the software is central to the day-to-day running of busy clinics, responsiveness matters. Customers need someone who communicates well, takes ownership and follows issues through to resolution.

About you

You're someone who enjoys solving problems and genuinely cares about helping customers.

You work well in a fast-moving environment, communicate confidently and don't wait for someone else to take ownership. You're proactive, dependable and take pride in delivering a consistently high standard of service.

You'll enjoy this role if you're naturally curious, embrace new technology and like being part of a team where everyone contributes to achieving great outcomes for customers.

Experience we'd love

We're open to a range of backgrounds, however experience in some of the following would be highly regarded:
  • Customer Support, Customer Success or Technical Support
  • Healthcare technology, SaaS or practice management software
  • Medical aesthetics, cosmetic healthcare or clinic experience
  • Customer onboarding, software implementation or training
  • Using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini as part of your everyday work
  • Experience prompting AI agents and working with modern collaboration tools such as Slack, Linear or Jira
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
You don't need to be a software developer, but you'll be excited by technology and interested in working in a business that's embracing Agentic AI to improve both customer support and product development.

What's on offer
  • Join an innovative Australian healthcare technology company with significant growth plans
  • Support premium medical aesthetics clinics across Australia
  • Modern offices in Milton
  • A broad, varied role where your ideas and initiative are valued
  • Exposure to modern AI technologies and software development practices
  • Genuine opportunities to grow your career as the business expands
The culture

This is a business that values initiative, accountability and people who genuinely care about doing great work.

Customers rely on the software every day, so the team responds quickly, communicates clearly and takes ownership until issues are resolved. People who thrive here enjoy working at pace, are willing to roll up their sleeves when needed and take pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
