As a member of our Customer Service team, you'll work closely with our website and digital marketing clients every day. You'll learn how to manage websites, understand Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Advertising (SEA), Social Media Marketing, and AI-driven business solutions while helping clients maximise their online presence.
You'll receive comprehensive local training from experienced team members, giving you the knowledge and confidence to support clients across a broad range of digital products and services.
Contact clients via phone and email to discuss their new or existing website and digital marketing services.
Help clients achieve their business goals through website creation, SEO, SEA, Social Media Marketing, AI solutions, and ongoing digital marketing campaign management.
Provide exceptional support through multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat.
Build strong client relationships through friendly, professional, and solution-focused communication.
Identify opportunities to help clients grow, automate, and improve their online presence using the latest digital marketing and AI technologies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and exceed client expectations.
Experience in customer service, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
Excellent communication skills with a genuine passion for helping customers.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail while maintaining a high level of organisation.
A keen interest in websites, digital marketing, social media, advertising, and emerging AI technologies.
Previous experience with websites or digital marketing is highly regarded but not essential.
Full working rights in Australia as a Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen.
Full-time, Monday to Friday.
