As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced Director – Customer Success to lead and strengthen our strategic customer relationships, ensuring our clients realise long-term value while identifying opportunities for sustainable growth.

Reporting to the General Manager – Business Development, this executive leadership role is responsible for protecting and growing revenue across a portfolio of strategic health, government and corporate customers. You'll work closely with senior internal stakeholders across Business Development, Operations, Innovation & Solutions and Delivery teams to build trusted executive relationships, lead commercial conversations and drive long-term partnerships that deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

About The Role

As Director – Customer Success, you will:

  • Lead executive relationships across a portfolio of strategic health, government and corporate customers.
  • Develop and execute account growth strategies that maximise retention, identify expansion opportunities and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Own net revenue retention targets, leading commercial negotiations for renewals, contract extensions and variations.
  • Identify and convert cross-sell and upsell opportunities by understanding customer needs and aligning Aspen Medical's broader capabilities.
  • Facilitate executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions, translating customer outcomes into compelling success stories that demonstrate value.
  • Partner with internal operational and innovation teams to continuously enhance the customer experience and introduce new service offerings.

About You

You'll be an accomplished commercial leader who thrives on building trusted executive relationships and creating long-term value for customers. You'll bring:

  • More than 10 years' experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management or Client Relationship Management, including at least five years in a senior leadership position.
  • A proven track record of growing existing customer portfolios through strong retention, commercial negotiation and organic revenue growth.
  • Experience managing complex B2B relationships within healthcare, government and/or corporate environments.
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to operate confidently at executive level.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including contract management, negotiation and strategic account planning.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Health Management or a related discipline (postgraduate qualifications and experience with value-based care or government-funded health programs will be highly regarded).
