We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Education Manager ANZ to lead the strategic direction of education across our portfolio and drive capability, engagement and business growth.
About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Professional Sales & Education, you will lead the development and execution of our education strategy, ensuring learning initiatives support commercial objectives, partner success and team performance.
You will oversee The ACademy, our education ecosystem, and work closely with Sales, Marketing and Brand teams to deliver engaging, scalable and commercially relevant learning experiences.
This is a key leadership role for someone who enjoys thinking strategically, leading high-performing teams and making a genuine impact across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the ANZ education strategy across all brands.
Lead and evolve The ACademy learning platform and education pathways.
Design education initiatives that support sales growth, capability development and clinic partner success.
Support product, treatment and brand launches through education planning and delivery.
Create tools and resources that enable stronger customer and business outcomes.
Measure and optimise the return on investment (ROI) of education programs, ensuring learning initiatives deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing education team.
Build and sustain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers and industry partners.
About You
You are a strategic education leader who understands the connection between learning, customer success and commercial performance.
You will bring:
Proven experience leading education, training, learning & development or sales enablement functions.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to align education with business objectives.
Previous experience developing scalable learning programs and managing digital learning platforms.
Strong analytical, communication and leadership capabilities.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Previous experience within skincare, beauty, aesthetics, wellness or a related industry will be highly regarded.
