About the role
As a Senior Training Advisor, you'll own the entire sales journey, from the first conversation through to enrolment, delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving ambitious sales targets.
You'll work with both inbound enquiries and outbound opportunities, helping individuals and organisations identify the right learning solutions to achieve their career and business goals.
What you'll be doing
- Manage inbound enquiries and proactively engage prospective students and corporate clients through outbound calls.
- Build strong relationships by understanding customers' career aspirations and learning needs.
- Provide tailored advice on AIM's qualifications, short courses and professional development programs.
- Own and manage your sales pipeline from enquiry through to enrolment.
- Consistently exceed individual and team sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Represent the AIM brand professionally and confidently across every interaction.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Learning & Development and the wider Scentia Group to deliver the best outcomes for students.
- Stay current with program offerings, industry trends and compliance requirements.

What you'll bring
- At least 2 years' experience in outbound sales, telesales, education sales or a high-volume consultative sales environment.
- A proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline using CRM systems (Salesforce experience highly regarded).
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
- Education, training or learning and development experience is advantageous but not essential.
- A resilient, positive attitude and genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals.
