What You'll Be Doing

New Business Development

  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close

  • Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

  • Building trusted relationships with business owners, executives, and key stakeholders

  • Leading consultative sales conversations that uncover business challenges, objectives, and opportunities

  • Conducting discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions

  • Working with internal consultants and delivery teams to scope solutions and develop proposals

  • Presenting solutions based on business outcomes, ROI, and long-term value

  • Negotiating commercial agreements and managing strategic opportunities

Account Management & Customer Growth

  • Developing and maintaining strong long-term customer relationships

  • Conducting regular account reviews to understand evolving business needs

  • Identifying opportunities for additional projects, services, software adoption, and business improvement initiatives

  • Managing renewals, upsell opportunities, and strategic account plans

  • Acting as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for customers

  • Working closely with consulting, project delivery, and support teams to maximise customer success and retention

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in business development, account management, enterprise sales, or technology sales

  • A hunter mentality with a strong desire to generate opportunities and win new business

  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving discovery, scoping, proposals, and commercial negotiations

  • Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills

  • Commercial acumen and confidence negotiating opportunities

  • Experience building relationships with business owners, executives, and senior decision-makers

  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline

  • A proactive, self-driven approach with a strong focus on results

Highly Regarded

  • Experience selling ERP solutions such as Odoo, Dynamics, or similar platforms

  • Experience selling software, implementation projects, consulting services, or business transformation solutions

  • Experience working within a professional services, consulting, ERP, or business transformation environment
