Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close

Experience managing complex sales cycles involving discovery, scoping, proposals, and commercial negotiations
Strong consultative selling and stakeholder management skills
Commercial acumen and confidence negotiating opportunities
Experience building relationships with business owners, executives, and senior decision-makers
Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline
A proactive, self-driven approach with a strong focus on results
Experience selling ERP solutions such as Odoo, Dynamics, or similar platforms
Experience selling software, implementation projects, consulting services, or business transformation solutions
Experience working within a professional services, consulting, ERP, or business transformation environment
