Are you a hospitality pro looking to step off the floor or take the next step in your customer service journey? Join the team behind some of Perth’s biggest events! We’re looking for a high-performing professional event coordinator to join our event consultant team. This is an administrative role whereby you will work predominately with our corporate and catering clients along across a diverse range of events.

About the Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, showcasing our offerings and crafting memorable experiences—from corporate to wedding celebrations.

This role blends event coordination, customer service, showrooming and administration making it ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, converting leads, and delivering exceptional service without the hands-on setup of the function itself.


Key Responsibilities

Sales

  • Meet sales strategies aligned with business goals—growth, retention, and customer success

  • Own revenue targets, average order size, and customer satisfaction metrics

  • Maintain a portfolio of key accounts, modelling exceptional service and loyalty-building

Event Sales & Customer Experience

  • Manage incoming event enquiries with a focus on corporate and catering client base and drive conversion through strong follow-up and persuasive proposals

  • Conduct site visits to ensure management of delivery deliverables and maximise use of our extensive hire products.

  • Prepare quotes and contracts, managing deposits, payments and key sales milestones

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences from first contact to final feedback

  • Collaborate with internal teams, third parties and venues to ensure seamless execution of the hire of the equipment

Operational Excellence & Collaboration

  • Produce mood board, proposals, floorplan, and special requests with precision

  • Assist the marketing team with industry partners on festivals, expo's and the like aligning with Hire Society outcomes and sales strategies.

  • Liaising closely with our dispatch and packing teams to ensure every delivery detail is crystal clear so our drivers can execute flawlessly.

Post-Event Engagement & Loyalty

  • Follow up with clients to gather feedback, encourage reviews, and drive rebooking’s


About You

  • At least 1 year of experience, ideally with a background in hospitality, retail, office admin or event. You "get" the industry vibe and know what goes into a seamless event.

  • A confident communicator who builds trust and drives results.

  • Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and customer service.

  • Willing to work weekends as required for site visits and client needs.

  • You have great computer skills and the ability to pick up new software systems quickly.
