We are looking for a motivated and relationship-focused Field Sales Representative (Field Market Developer, QLD) to help grow our brands, strengthen retailer partnerships and drive sales performance across an assigned territory in Queensland.

About the Role
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with independent bicycle retailers while identifying new business opportunities and supporting the growth of PSI Cycling's brand portfolio.
You will act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing product education, market insights and sales support while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
Execute a regular and effective sales call cycle across your territory.
Drive brand awareness and product education for retailers and riders.
Deliver exceptional customer service and support, addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour to identify opportunities for growth.
Support and maintain merchandising and sales standards within the territory.
Assist with the implementation of promotional campaigns, launches and marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product Management, Logistics and Finance.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions and market intelligence.
Continuously develop product knowledge and sales capability through training and industry engagement.
Represent PSI Cycling at industry events, product launches and customer activations as required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A self-motivated and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently.
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
Proven negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
Excellent organisational and planning skills.
Demonstrated experience managing customer relationships and sales call cycles.
Minimum three years' successful sales experience within a wholesale distribution environment.
Experience within the cycling, sporting goods or specialty retail industry highly regarded.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
A genuine passion for cycling and the cycling community.
