Role Description The Head of Customer Success at Movepro is a full-time, on-site role based Remotely. This role is responsible for leading the customer success team, defining customer success strategies, and ensuring customers achieve maximum value from the Movepro platform. Day-to-day activities include overseeing onboarding processes, monitoring customer health and satisfaction, developing retention initiatives, and partnering with sales and product teams to address customer needs. The Head of Customer Success will also analyse customer data, identify trends and opportunities, and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience. This role involves regular communication with key accounts, managing escalations, and building long-term relationships that support business growth.
