We’re looking for a proactive and customer-focused Implementation Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the successful implementation of products and solutions, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for customers while delivering projects on time and within scope. You'll work closely with customers, project managers, product teams, software engineers, and customer success professionals to configure solutions, provide technical guidance, and drive successful adoption. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects from project kickoff through successful deployment and customer handover.
  • Gather business requirements and translate customer needs into effective implementation plans.
  • Configure products, platforms, and system settings to meet customer requirements.
  • Coordinate project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Deliver customer onboarding sessions, product training, workshops, and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and customer success teams to resolve implementation challenges.
  • Perform solution testing, validation, and user acceptance support to ensure successful deployments.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate project status to customers and internal teams.
  • Prepare implementation documentation, configuration guides, project reports, and process documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve implementation methodologies, customer onboarding processes, and operational efficiency.
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide ongoing guidance during the implementation lifecycle.
  • Stay informed about product updates, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

  • Strong knowledge of software implementation, solution deployment, and project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and customer relationship skills.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into practical technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software, cloud platforms, APIs, CRM systems, ERP solutions, or SaaS applications.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple implementation projects while managing competing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong consulting and relationship-building abilities.
