GCG is looking for an Implementation Consultant to support successful client implementation, configuration, onboarding and adoption of Exposi. In this role, you’ll help clients and internal teams use Exposi effectively through system setup, data migration, training development and delivery, user enablement and product support across the implementation lifecycle.

What You'll Do

  • Configure Exposi to meet client requirements, including organisational structures, permissions, workflows and system settings
  • Prepare, cleanse, validate, reconcile and import client data to support accurate migration into Exposi
  • Complete assigned implementation tasks and support clients through testing, validation and go-live activities
  • Develop, maintain and improve client-facing and internal training materials, guides, videos and support documentation
  • Deliver remote and in-person training for client administrators, system champions, end users and internal GCG teams
  • Support Customer Success and Solution Support with product-related customer enquiries, escalations and post-implementation stabilisation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation processes, templates, standards and client adoption practices

About You

  • Experience implementing software, SaaS or technology solutions for customers, ideally in a professional services, consulting or technology environment
  • Confident developing and delivering training, workshops or user enablement activities for a range of audiences
  • Comfortable working with data migration, data preparation, validation or business system administration
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality outcomes
  • A strong communicator who can simplify complex concepts for technical and non-technical users
  • Customer-focused, adaptable and solutions-oriented, with the ability to build trust with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Experience with SaaS, operational or enterprise software platforms is desirable
  • Knowledge of occupational hygiene, workplace health and safety or environmental management systems is advantageous but not essential
