What You’ll Do
Collaborate with clients to understand and document Talent Management requirements.
Configure and deliver Dayforce Talent Management solutions aligned to client HR strategies.
Support clients through readiness and adoption activities, including training, data validation, and Go Live.
Provide insights to help clients optimise recruiting, onboarding, performance, and learning processes.
Contribute feedback to improve delivery across our Talent portfolio.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in Dayforce Talent modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance, Succession, Learning), OR
Background in HR systems implementation with strong knowledge of talent processes.
Ability to interpret HR requirements and translate them into Dayforce configuration.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
A proactive, collaborative approach and commitment to customer success.
