We help businesses modernise the way they communicate with customers using AI, automation and CRM technology. We work with companies across the solar and renewable-energy sector; our client base is growing quickly, and we're building the team to match. This is a fully remote role with significant room to grow as the business expands.
About the role
You'll be the primary point of contact for new clients as they move from sale to implementation. Your job is to understand how each client operates, identify where our platform fits into their processes, and coordinate any customisation or enhancement requests with our technical team. You won't write code or build integrations yourself; instead, you'll work closely with clients, document requirements, scope projects, and make sure implementation work is clearly defined and successfully delivered.
What you'll be doing
Managing new-client onboarding projects from start to finish
Running discovery and implementation meetings
Mapping client processes and workflows
Translating business requirements into clear project tickets
Coordinating with our internal technical team
Managing multiple client implementations at once
Providing progress updates and managing client expectations
Spotting opportunities for process improvements and deeper platform adoption
Becoming a trusted advisor to our clients
What we're looking for
Experience in a Business Analyst, Implementation Consultant, Solutions Consultant, Customer Success, Project Coordinator or similar role
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
Experience working with CRM, JMS, SaaS or business software platforms
The ability to understand business processes and translate them into practical solutions
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities
Bonus points for
Experience with platforms like Zoho, Salesforce, Simpro and Aroflo
Experience in software implementation projects
Experience with automation platforms
Exposure to tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, Zoom, and Google Meet

Salary
$95,000 – $110,000 + Superannuation, negotiated on experience and capability.
