Professional Services Consultant - Software Implementations

The Role
You'll lead end‑to‑end software implementations for automotive customers - from discovery and configuration through to deployment, training and post‑go‑live support. Expect variety, ownership and the chance to become a trusted advisor.
What You'll Do
- Manage implementation projects from scoping to go‑live
- Configure software across POS, CRM, inventory and accounting
- Deliver training and onboarding
- Prepare and validate data for migration
- Run workshops and work directly with stakeholders
- Travel to customer sites (approx. 10 days/month)
About You
You have experience implementing or supporting business software solutions - possibly in roles like Implementation Consultant, Professional Services Consultant, ERP Consultant, Software/Application Consultant or Customer Success.
Experience with POS, ERP, CRM, accounting or inventory systems is highly regarded. Strong communication, problem‑solving skills and confidence working with customers are essential.
