About the role
We’re expanding and looking for Implementation Consultants with expertise in Dayforce Workforce Management. If you’re passionate about helping clients optimise their workforce, and want to work with cutting-edge HCM technology, this is your opportunity.

This is a hands-on role. You'll lead workshops, engage with clients, shape solutions, complete configuration and implementation activities, and help deliver successful projects from beginning to end.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Dayforce WFM, or other SAAS solution experience

  • Background in HR systems implementation with strong knowledge of WFM and payroll processes.

  • Ability to interpret HR requirements and translate them into Dayforce configuration.

  • Proven experience managing complex, high-volume rostering and scheduling, specifically in the Professional Services Sector.

  • Strong industry knowledge of relevant labour laws, Award compliance, and clinical staffing models.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills.

  • A proactive, collaborative approach and commitment to customer success.
