Evolve is growing quickly and we are hiring again.
We recently welcomed a new Service Delivery Manager to the team and demand from builders across Australia continues to grow. As a result we are now looking for another Implementation & Delivery Manager to support new customers coming onto the platform.
Before you read further, an important clarification.
This is not an MSP or IT support desk role.
We do not manage networks, servers, or internal IT environments.
Evolve delivers a cloud-based SaaS platform used by residential construction companies to run their operations. This role focuses on implementation, adoption, ongoing delivery, and relationship management.
If you enjoy solving operational problems with software, working closely with customers, and owning delivery end-to-end, you will do well here.

The role
This is a full lifecycle delivery role.
You will work with residential builders from early implementation through to long-term optimisation. You will stay close to customers after go-live, making sure they keep improving how they use the platform and see real operational value.
In other SaaS companies, this role may be titled:
Implementation Consultant
Implementation Manager
Customer Success Manager (with implementation ownership)
Service Delivery Manager (SaaS)
At Evolve it combines elements of all of these. You will own implementation, delivery, and long-term customer engagement, with clear accountability for outcomes.
What you will do
Lead customer onboarding and software implementations from scope through go-live.
Translate construction and operational workflows into practical system solutions.
Scope, estimate, and manage implementation and enhancement work.
Manage delivery timelines, priorities, and expectations across multiple customers.
Work directly with builders, operational teams, and senior stakeholders.
Act as the escalation point for delivery or client issues.
Establish and run steering committees for new implementations.
Identify opportunities to expand and improve customer environments.
Support solution demonstrations, scoping, and proposal development.
Work closely with product and delivery teams to prioritise work and shape improvements.
You will be trusted to take ownership, make decisions, and drive outcomes.
The background we are looking for
This role works best with a balance of construction understanding and SaaS delivery capability.
You might come from either direction.
Residential construction background
Builder, estimator, site manager, construction admin, project manager, or operations roles with strong exposure to construction software and business processes.
SaaS implementation background
Implementation consultant, implementation manager, service delivery, or customer success roles delivering software into operational businesses.
Experience in either area is valuable. Exposure to both is ideal.
What matters most is your ability to:

Guide them through change with a structured approach.
Earn credibility with operational teams.
Take ownership of outcomes.
You will also bring:
Strong communication skills and confidence with senior stakeholders.
A structured approach to implementations and delivery.
Commercial awareness around scope, cost, and delivery outcomes.
The ability to manage multiple customers and priorities.
A practical, outcome-focused mindset and strong follow-through.
