Implementation Manager – AI-Powered Enterprise SaaS
On offer: $120,000-160,000 + Super + $135-175k OTE
Our client is a rapidly growing Australian SaaS provider specialising in AI-powered workflow automation and data optimisation solutions for corporate clients. Having achieved significant momentum in the market, they are looking to expand their delivery team with a strategic and process-driven Implementation Manager. This role is pivotal in transforming how they deploy their solutions, ensuring seamless onboarding across BFSI and Government while scaling their delivery engine for rapid growth.
About the Role:
As an Implementation Manager, you will bridge the gap between technical delivery and client success. Your primary mandate will be dual-focused: maturing their existing onboarding workflows to ensure high-touch quality, whilst simultaneously designing, building, and implementing new, structured processes to drastically optimise the scalability of the implementation lifecycle.
You will own the client journey from contract-sign-off to go-live, ensuring enterprise customers derive maximum value from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Lifecycle Ownership: Drive end-to-end management of multiple parallel enterprise implementations, establishing structured project governance, milestone tracking, and risk management frameworks to guarantee on-time, high-quality go-lives.
- Process Maturity & Scalability: Audit existing onboarding workflows to identify bottlenecks. Design and implement standardised playbooks, templates, and automation strategies to decrease time-to-value (TTV) and ensure scalable delivery.
- End-to-End Delivery Management: Lead the implementation and configuration phase for complex enterprise accounts, aligning platform capabilities with specific client data environments and business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the critical link between Sales, Product, and Customer Success. Feed structural implementation insights back to the Product team to influence features that simplify future deployments.
- Data & Configuration Governance: Oversee the data analysis, system integration, and configuration mapping required during early-stage deployment.
- Client Enablement & Training: Establish repeatable training frameworks and hand-off documentation to seamlessly transition clients from implementation into business-as-usual (BAU) support.
- The Process Architect: You don't just follow a checklist; you build the engine. You have a passion for operational excellence and mapping out efficient, repeatable workflows.
- Enterprise Savvy: You understand the complexities of deploying software into highly regulated environments (like BFSI and Government) and can navigate stakeholder management with ease.
- Technical & Analytical: You are comfortable digging into data structures, API integrations, or automated workflow logic to ensure client requirements are met accurately.
- Accountable Change Agent: You thrive in fast-paced SaaS environments, effortlessly balancing technical execution with strategic process improvements.
- 3-5+ years of experience as an Implementation Manager, Technical Onboarding Specialist, or Delivery Consultant within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of building or optimising implementation frameworks that successfully scaled a SaaS delivery team.
- Strong familiarity with data-heavy software environments, workflow automation, or AI/ML solutions.
- Exceptional project management skills, with a knack for managing multiple enterprise go-lives simultaneously.
- $120,000-160,000 + Super + $135-175k OTE
