The Role
As Implementation Manager, you'll own the journey from signed contract to live, successful deployment. You'll lead implementations of the CareMonitor platform across hospitals, PHNs, insurers and community providers, scoping clinical and operational workflows, configuring care programs, coordinating integrations, training clinicians and care coordinators, and ensuring each client realises value quickly. You'll be the bridge between our clients' clinical teams and our product and engineering teams.
What You'll Do
• Lead end-to-end implementations: project planning, stakeholder management, go-live and handover to customer success.
• Run discovery workshops with clinicians, care coordinators and executives to map current workflows and design future-state models of care on the platform.
• Configure care programs, monitoring protocols, alerts, forms and dashboards to match each client's clinical requirements.
• Coordinate technical workstreams including EMR/practice-management integrations, device provisioning and data flows, working with engineering and client IT teams.
• Design and deliver training for clinical and administrative users; build adoption and change-management plans.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, keeping scope, timelines, risks and client expectations under control.
• Track post-go-live adoption and clinical outcomes; identify expansion opportunities and feed client insights back into the product roadmap.
• Develop repeatable implementation playbooks, templates and documentation as we scale.
About You
• 3+ years implementing or project-managing health technology solutions (digital health, EMR, telehealth, RPM or similar SaaS).
• Understanding of Australian healthcare settings: hospitals, primary care, PHNs, aged/community care, and how care team’s work.
• Strong project management skills; comfortable running multiple deployments with clinical and executive stakeholders.
• Confident translating between clinical users and technical teams; familiarity with healthcare integrations (HL7/FHIR, practice management systems) is a plus.
• Excellent communicator and trainer: you can make software feel simple to a busy nurse or GP.
• Self-directed and organised; thrives working remotely in a fast-moving scale-up.
• Bonus: clinical background (nursing, allied health) or experience with change management in health services.
