Key Responsibilities

* Build relationships with business leaders and key decision-makers to understand their organizational goals and development priorities

* Guide prospective clients through the discovery, planning, and implementation journey, ensuring a positive and professional experience

* Manage multiple client opportunities simultaneously while maintaining excellent communication and follow-through

* Identify opportunities to expand relationships and support long-term business partnerships

* Act as a trusted advisor, helping organizations identify learning and development solutions that align with their strategic objectives
