The Opportunity
Join CCEP as an EQS Installations Technician and play a key role in supporting our growth strategy by delivering world-class equipment installation and service solutions that help drive customer success. Based out of Moorabbin, you'll service both Metro Melbourne and Regional Victoria on a Full-time, permanent basis, ensuring our equipment is installed, maintained, and removed safely, efficiently, and in line with CCEP and Australian Standards.
This hands-on role offers a great mix of technical work, customer interaction, and problem-solving, while contributing to a strong culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

About the Role
Conduct site surveys and assess installation requirements at customer locations.
Install, remove, and commission beverage equipment to the highest standard.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, refrigeration, electrical, and software-related issues.
Provide technical support and end-user training to customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional service delivery.
Complete accurate service reports, documentation, and inventory records.
Participate in regular safety toolbox talks and promote a strong safety-first culture.
Ensure compliance with OHS requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
Support workplace inspections, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage parts inventory and maintain tools and equipment responsibly.
Travel across Metro and Regional Victoria, including occasional overnight stays as required.
Stay up to date with evolving equipment technologies and technical best practices
About You
We're looking for a motivated, hands-on team player who enjoys solving problems and delivering great customer experiences. You don't need to have every technical skill from day one.
