About the Role
This is far more than an internal sales role.
You'll become a trusted advisor to installers and trade professionals, helping them choose the right products, solve technical challenges and deliver successful projects.
You'll build strong customer relationships, provide expert advice and work alongside a knowledgeable team that's passionate about delivering outstanding service.
What You'll Be Doing
Build strong relationships with trade customers.
Provide exceptional customer service and technical support.
Recommend products and practical solutions.
Prepare and follow up quotations.
Identify opportunities to grow customer accounts.
Assist with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
Work closely with our sales and technical teams.
About You
You're someone who enjoys understanding how things work and helping others succeed.
You'll ideally have:
Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude (essential).
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A passion for customer service.
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Experience in electrical, automation, garage doors, industrial products or technical wholesale will be highly regarded but not essential!
