Internal Sales Representative

About the role

Skyreach Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team in Caboolture, Queensland. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients through effective telephone-based sales and account management.

What you'll be doing

1. Identify and qualify new sales leads through proactive outreach and networking

2. Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions

3. Close sales by negotiating contracts and converting leads into new business

4. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through excellent account management

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide the best possible customer experience

6. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

7. Provide feedback and insights to help improve sales strategies and processes

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record of success in an internal sales or telesales role, preferably within the Rental industry

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers

3. Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities

4. Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales-related technologies

5. Driven, self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve sales goals
