Our technology supports remote patient monitoring, clinical workflow optimisation, and secure data sharing across multidisciplinary teams. As we continue to scale nationally, we are seeking a highly capable Implementation Manager to lead end‑to‑end onboarding and successful adoption of the platform across healthcare organisations.
The Role
The Implementation Manager plays a critical role in ensuring new clients achieve a smooth, structured, and outcomes‑driven transition onto the platform. You will work closely with clinicians, practice managers, IT teams, and internal product and engineering stakeholders to deliver high‑quality implementations that drive measurable clinical and operational impact.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the full implementation lifecycle for new clients, from project scoping to go‑live and post‑launch optimisation.
Conduct discovery sessions to understand clinical workflows, integration requirements, and success metrics.
Develop tailored implementation plans, timelines, and training programs.
Deliver onboarding, training, and change‑management support to clinicians and administrative teams.
Coordinate technical setup including integrations, user provisioning, and configuration.
Monitor adoption, usage, and performance data to ensure clients achieve expected outcomes.
Act as the primary point of contact during implementation, ensuring clear communication and proactive issue resolution.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to escalate feedback and support continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, and risk logs.
Contribute to the refinement of implementation frameworks, playbooks, and best practices.
About You
Experience in implementation, onboarding, project management, or customer success, within health‑tech, SaaS, or clinical environments.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, project management, or customer success is required.
Strong understanding of clinical workflows, digital health systems, or healthcare operations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clinicians, executives, and technical stakeholders.
Strong organisational and project management capability, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations.
A problem‑solving mindset with the ability to translate client needs into practical solutions.
Confidence delivering training and facilitating change in clinical settings.
A passion for improving patient outcomes through technology.
