About the Role

Own a small portfolio of our most strategic enterprise accounts end-to-end. You are the primary point of contact after the sale closes — leading onboarding, driving adoption, running QBRs, and owning renewals and account growth. It is a true blend of operational and commercial responsibility: you keep the program delivering, and you keep the account growing.


What You'll Do

•     Lead onboarding and program launch for assigned key accounts, coordinating internal and customer teams

•     Monitor adoption, utilisation, and account health — and act before issues become risks

•     Run operational reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews with executive stakeholders

•     Own renewals end-to-end, including complex and strategic commercial negotiations

•     Identify and close expansion opportunities: new sites, increased flight hours, new use cases

•     Champion the voice of your accounts with our product and engineering teams


What You'll Bring

•     5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management with enterprise accounts and complex technical deployments

•     A track record owning renewals, expansion, or revenue outcomes

•     The ability to translate technical outcomes into business value for executive audiences

•     Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving, scaling business

•     Experience in mining, utilities, or agriculture is an advantage; UAS/UAV or geospatial exposure highly regarded

•     RePL licence is a plus, not a requirement
