As a Key Account Manager at Med-X, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of key customers by building trusted relationships, delivering exceptional service, and identifying opportunities to expand our partnerships.
Working closely with Operations, Customer Service, Logistics and Sales, you'll ensure our customers receive a seamless experience while driving retention, customer satisfaction and commercial growth.
Success in this role comes from your ability to build strong relationships, think commercially, solve problems proactively and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic customer accounts.
- Build trusted relationships through regular customer engagement and business reviews.
- Identify opportunities to increase service utilisation and grow existing accounts.
- Manage contract renewals, pricing updates and service agreements.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Monitor account performance and use customer insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and account plans.
- Create and present monthly progress reports, covering KPI's sales and execution.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

- Strong group presentation skills.
- Commercial acumen with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint for creative presentation building.
Highly Regarded:
- Experience in healthcare, medical waste, logistics, environmental services or another service-based industry.
- Experience managing service contracts and customer renewals.
