As the Learning Experience Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how customers learn, adopt, and confidently use our products. You will design and deliver impactful, scalable training programs that support users from onboarding through to advanced product mastery. Using instructional design best practices and a strategic customer education approach, you will create engaging learning experiences that increase adoption, reduce friction, and build long-term proficiency.
Working closely with Product, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing teams, you’ll ensure all training content is aligned with our product roadmap, customer needs, and business objectives.
Plan, design, and deliver structured, scalable training programs for customers.
Lead the creation of end-to-end learning pathways from onboarding to advanced feature mastery.
Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions for customers and internal teams.
Translate complex product concepts into clear, engaging learning modules.
Develop training from scratch using methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
Produce high-quality learning content, including videos, webinars, micro-learning, tutorials, help articles, and live training.
Design training that accelerates time-to-value and drives product adoption.
Build internal enablement programs for product training and employee onboarding.
Create storyboards and scripts for media-rich learning experiences such as simulations and walkthroughs.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with new product features, customer journeys, and marketing initiatives.
Monitor, analyse, and report on training effectiveness using data and learner feedback.
Collaborate directly with customers to develop tailored training materials based on their specific requirements.
Manage and maintain content within an LMS, DAP, or customer education platform.
Administer LMS/LXP environments, including uploading, testing, and publishing content.
Provide insights to leadership on how education influences adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
Contribute to strategic planning for customer education initiatives.
3–4 years’ experience in instructional design, learning design, customer education, or a related field.
Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
Experience designing complete learning pathways.
Skilled in developing eLearning content using industry-standard tools.
