JS Careers is partnering with a fast-growing GenAI software and consulting firm specialising in AI-driven Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions for financial services. They work with major financial institutions to transform how risk, compliance and control functions operate - replacing manual, legacy processes with intelligent automation and next-generation AI capability.

They've built a proprietary GenAI platform that's rapidly becoming a game-changer for risk, compliance and operations teams across the industry - and they're now looking for a Customer Success Officer to join their Sydney team.

This role sits at the intersection of client delivery, relationship management and commercial growth, making it ideal for someone with a risk, compliance, consulting or financial services background who wants to move deeper into applied AI and transformation.

What You'll Do

  • Support onboarding and implementation of a leading GenAI risk and compliance platform for enterprise financial services clients

  • Build strong, trusted relationships across risk, compliance and control function stakeholders

  • Translate risk and regulatory business needs into clear technical requirements for data and engineering teams

  • Monitor platform adoption, usage and satisfaction metrics across client risk functions

  • Identify enhancement, upsell and long-term transformation opportunities within existing accounts

  • Contribute to client presentations, demos and success reporting

  • Work closely with senior Engagement Managers, with a clear pathway into that role


About You

  • 4+ years' experience in risk, compliance, consulting, data analytics, or financial services

  • Strong data literacy - comfortable interpreting and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Understanding of risk, governance or compliance frameworks within financial services is highly regarded

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Commercially minded, proactive, and energised by client impact

  • Thrives in a fast-moving, innovative environment

  • Ambitious, with interest in progressing into Engagement Manager/leadership roles
