The Role
We currently require an Onboarding Coordinator to join our team based in Burswood.
Due to our business undergoing rapid growth Programmed is looking for a Permanent Onboarding Coordinator to join the Team. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in coordinating and supporting the onboarding of new employees. Your responsibilities include conducting due diligence, assisting with inductions, organising PPE, arranging travel, and ensuring all onboarding paperwork and requirements are met from the moment a contract is issued. You'll also manage rigorous onboarding requirements, including those for projects and contracts with major mining and government clients.

Key Responsibilities
Liaise with candidate and client site contacts to ensure mobilisation deadlines are met, qualification checks are complete, Inductions and additional training, flights and accommodation are booked before mobilisation
Organising medicals, PPE, Inductions and site access for both new starters and transfers
Data entry and compliance duties
Thinking outside the box to provide solutions when obstacles are thrown your way
Ensure all employees have a consistent and positive recruitment and onboarding experience
Skills And Experience
In order to thrive in this position the following attributes are highly valued:
2+ years experience within Recruitment and/or Mobilisation Administration
Competent in use of MS Office
Motivated, passionate and have good initiative
Strong communication skills with an ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally
Ability to work under pressure and multi task
A demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands
Experience with INX, PeopleTray, MyPass would be highly advantageous
