We're looking for a Partner Success & Integrations Lead to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity for a relationship-focused HealthTech professional to own strategic partner relationships, lead a small specialist team, and drive successful onboarding and integration outcomes across our partner ecosystem. You'll sit at the intersection of commercial, customer, and technical teams, helping partners realise value while contributing to HealthLink's growth and success.
What you'll be doing
Build and manage trusted relationships with healthcare technology partners across ANZ.
Act as the primary partner contact, overseeing onboarding, integration delivery, and ongoing success.
Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships, improve outcomes, and support commercial growth.
Lead and develop a high-performing Partner Integrations team.
Collaborate with product, sales, support, and technical teams to deliver seamless partner experiences.
Oversee integration activity, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
Use partner and market insights to drive continuous improvement and new opportunities.
Support contract management, renewals, reporting, and governance activities.
What you'll bring
Experience in partner management, customer success, account management, implementation, or healthcare technology delivery.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Commercial acumen and the ability to identify growth opportunities within partnerships.
Experience leading teams or influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
A working knowledge of healthcare technology, interoperability, or integration environments.
Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, APIs, secure messaging, or related healthcare technologies is highly regarded.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate between technical and business audiences.
