The Opportunity
This is not a traditional recruitment role.
Your focus will be developing genuine relationships across Brisbane's technology community, becoming a trusted advisor to candidates and clients alike, while identifying opportunities that create value for everyone involved.
You'll spend your time:
Building and nurturing long-term relationships with Technology professionals across Queensland.
Acting as a trusted career advisor, providing market insights, career guidance and honest advice.
Managing and growing existing client relationships through exceptional service.
Working closely with hiring leaders to understand their technology teams and long-term hiring strategies.
Identifying new opportunities through your network, referrals and market engagement.
Delivering outstanding recruitment outcomes from initial engagement through to placement and ongoing aftercare.
Collaborating with our leadership team to continue strengthening Cadence's reputation within the technology market.
About You
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships and creating meaningful outcomes.
You'll ideally bring:
Experience in technology recruitment, talent acquisition, customer success, account management or relationship management.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
A naturally curious mindset with a passion for understanding people and technology.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities that benefit both clients and candidates.
A proactive, outcome-focused approach with high personal accountability.
The desire to become a recognised and respected advisor within the technology community.
