As demand for our platform continues to grow across the APAC region, we're looking for a Project Manager to help lead successful customer implementations and ensure institutions realise value from day one.
This is more than a traditional project management role.
You will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of customer projects, bringing together people, processes, and technology to help universities achieve meaningful outcomes. Working closely with customers and internal specialists, you'll guide projects from planning through to go-live, ensuring momentum, transparency, and accountability throughout the journey.

Lead multiple software implementation projects across higher education institutions.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery commitments.
Facilitate internal & customer project check-ins, governance meetings, and project reviews.
Identify risks early and drive practical mitigation strategies.
Coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.
Manage project scope, dependencies, and change requests.
Maintain strong stakeholder engagement across customer and internal teams.
Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery quality and customer experience.
Leverage modern tools and emerging technologies to improve project efficiency and visibility.
Experience delivering SaaS, software implementation, or technology projects.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
The ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.
Confidence working with both business and technical stakeholders.
A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach.
Experience navigating project risks, escalations, and complex delivery environments.
A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
