Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Sales & Administration Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This is a varied and fast-paced role that combines internal sales, customer service, and administration support. You will be one of the first points of contact for customers and play a crucial role in supporting our sales and operational teams.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring customers receive prompt and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Sales & Customer Service

  • Manage incoming phone calls and email enquiries.

  • Assist customers with product information, quotations, and general sales support.

  • Follow up sales enquiries and convert opportunities into orders.

  • Maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication.

  • Support the sales team with lead management and customer follow-up activities.

Sales Administration

  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.

  • Perform data entry and maintain customer records within company systems.

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documentation.

  • Coordinate order processing and communicate order updates to customers.

  • Assist with CRM management and sales reporting.

General Administration

  • Provide administrative support across the business.

  • Assist with scheduling, filing, and document management.

  • Work closely with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

  • Support reception duties and general office administration tasks.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, internal sales, or office administration.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment.

  • A professional and positive attitude.

  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.

  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems would be advantageous.

  • A willingness to learn technical product knowledge.
