We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to support our Account Management team while managing an assigned portfolio of clients. This role combines client portfolio management, sales growth, and account management support. You will be responsible for responding to client enquiries, identifying opportunities to introduce additional products and services, and helping clients maximise the value they receive from our solutions. You will also work closely with the Account Management team to coordinate quotes, sales orders, onboarding activities, menu updates, project follow-ups, and change of ownership processes. Key Role Responsibilities.
Client Portfolio Management & Growth.
Manage an assigned portfolio of clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries within your portfolio.
Build strong relationships with independent hospitality operators.
Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Deliverit's products and services.
Maintain an active pipeline of opportunities and accurately update our CRM system (Hubspot).
Work towards increasing the average number of products and services used by each client.
Collaborate with Account Managers on larger opportunities and client escalations where required.
Account Management Support.
Prepare and process quotes, sales orders, agreements, and customer documentation.
Assist Account Managers with project coordination and customer follow-ups.
Coordinate menu updates, onboarding activities, and implementation requests.
Support change of ownership processes and customer transitions.
Track outstanding customer actions and ensure timely follow-up.
Assist with reporting and administrative activities to support the wider sales team.
Your success in this role will be measured by the following.
Client Portfolio Performance
Revenue generated through upselling and cross-selling activities.
Client retention within the assigned portfolio.
Number of client outreach activities completed each month.
Account Management Support
Timely and accurate preparation of quotes and sales orders.
Completion of project follow-ups and client requests within agreed timeframes.
CRM accuracy and data integrity.
Strong internal support and collaboration with Account Managers.

Essential Skills & Experience
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, sales support, or a client-facing role.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through to completion.
Confident communicating with clients over phone, email, and video meetings.
Strong administrative and computer skills.
A positive attitude and genuine interest in building a career in sales.

Experience in account management, customer success, or inside sales.
Experience using CRM systems.
Knowledge of hospitality technology, online ordering, POS systems, ecommerce, or payment solutions.
