Today, we empower thousands of Australian organisations to make smarter B2B purchasing decisions across sectors like; construction, industrial, hospitality, medical and agriculture.


Now we’re looking for a hungry, ambitious, market-facing Product Manager to help shape what we build next. But we believe the best product managers don't start in product, they start by becoming obsessed with customers, understanding the market, and solving real business problems.


This is not a traditional product role. You won’t be sitting behind a desk writing endless specs.


You’ll be in the market. Talking to customers. Uncovering pain points. Spotting opportunities. Helping shape products that solve real commercial problems.

What you’ll do

  • Talk to customers - Spend 60-70% of your time speaking with buyers, suppliers and finance customers.
  • Find pain points - Understand where friction exists across our platform and customer journey.
  • Spot opportunities - Identify patterns, trends and unmet needs in the market.
  • Shape product direction - Work closely with leadership, design and developers to prioritise the right solutions.
  • Test and validate ideas - Help launch fast experiments and measure results.
  • Own customer insights - Become the internal voice of the customer.
  • Drive growth - Influence new features and new products that directly impact revenue, retention and customer satisfaction.

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years experience in sales or customer success.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Strong commercial instinct.
  • AI-native mindset - You use AI daily to improve speed and output.
  • High curiosity and strong initiative.
  • Comfortable working fast and with ambiguity.
  • Strong organisational and analytical thinking.
  • Bonus if you’ve worked in B2B, equipment, finance or procurement.
