  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting NSW and Queensland Government agencies.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of managed cybersecurity services opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities early during capability planning and requirements gathering phases.
  • Lead opportunities through qualification, solution shaping, bid response, negotiation, and closure.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets.

Client & Partner Engagement

  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with government CISOs, IT executives, security leaders, and risk stakeholders.
  • Understand client business objectives, compliance requirements, and cybersecurity challenges.
  • Collaborate with channel partners and technology vendors to develop joint go-to-market strategies and value propositions.
  • Identify and pursue teaming opportunities with panel-aligned prime contractors for larger engagements.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, trade shows, partner programs, and government forums.

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Work closely with solution architects, security consultants, analysts, and product teams to ensure customer requirements are effectively addressed.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, service descriptions, and customer-facing content.
  • Support leadership in refining pricing strategies, service offerings, delivery models, and customer onboarding processes.

About You
You are a driven cybersecurity sales professional with a strong understanding of government procurement environments and a proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Baseline minimum; NV1 eligibility preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in cybersecurity sales, managed security services, or enterprise security technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated success selling into government or public sector clients within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Experience managing formal procurement processes, tenders, and bid responses.
  • Strong understanding of contemporary security architectures
  • Ability to lead technical and business conversations with executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing and executive presentations.
  • Experience working with NSW Government and/or Queensland Government ICT panels will be highly regarded.

What's on Offer

  • Competitive base salary, plus uncapped commissions.
  • Flexible hybrid working arrangements.
  • Opportunity to work with emerging security technologies and national-scale cyber initiatives.
  • Strong support from experienced pre-sales and technical teams.
  • Career development opportunities within a rapidly growing Australian-owned cybersecurity organisation.
  • Collaborative and high-performing culture focused on innovation and customer success.
