About the role:

Our Sales Executives report to a Channel Manager, and work closely alongside NAPA Branch Managers to build successful business relationships with target customers within their territory. With a sales focus, they work to proactively find solutions to customer problems and are responsible for the sales and gross margin performance of their territory.

Duties include:

• Solve customer problems through consultation, relationship building, and understanding customer needs
• Responsibility for sales and gross margin performance of your territory
• Attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows and training sessions
• Achieve sales budgets
• Developing new business (business development and account management)
• Roll up your sleeves to receive, dispatch, and put away stock. (This is a hands‑on role that involves lifting, bending, and climbing as part of your day)
• Foster and drive a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it home
• Safe driving behaviours

Who we're looking for:

• An engaging, strong communicator, with sound negotiating skills
• Solutions and service focussed
• Track record in account management or business development
• Thrive in a KPI driven environment
• Sales and/or customer management experience (automotive industry preferred)
• Ability to liaise and build relationships with customers and company stakeholders
• Experience using CRM systems
• A valid Australian driver's licence
