Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys building strong customer relationships and uncovering new business opportunities? Join Capral at our Archerfield Distribution Centre, where you'll represent Australia's leading aluminium manufacturer and help customers find the right solutions for their business.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you'll manage an established territory south of the Brisbane River, with a strong customer base centred around Archerfield and surrounding suburbs. Working predominantly on the road, you'll focus on maintaining existing customer relationships while identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive continued growth.

What you'll be doing:
- Manage and grow an established sales territory based around Archerfield and the surrounding region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular site visits and exceptional service
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and cold calling
- Promote Capral's extensive range of aluminium products and solutions across a broad range of industries
- Prepare quotations, follow up opportunities and convert sales enquiries into orders
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide weekly sales reporting
- Attend and contribute to weekly sales meetings
- Work closely with the Customer Service and Distribution teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes

What we're looking for:
- Previous external sales or account management experience
- A proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and grow a sales territory
- A proactive approach to generating new business through networking and cold calling
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and follow-up skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Experience within aluminium, manufacturing, construction, building products or industrial sales will be highly regarded
- Current driver's licence
