We're looking for an energetic, driven, and customer-centric Sales Success Representative to join the hipages team in Sydney. In this role, you'll work with tradies who have recently joined Australia's leading home improvement platform, ensuring they are set up for success, engaged with the platform, and getting maximum value from their membership.
What you'll be doing:
Onboarding new tradies and guiding them through their first experience on the platform
Conducting outbound engagement and nurture calls to support customer success
Re-engaging tradies who have become inactive and helping them maximise their return on investment
Educating tradies on best practices and providing tailored recommendations
Managing and tracking customer performance and campaign activity
Assisting with service-related enquiries and account management activities
Supporting the wider sales team where required
Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly KPI targets

What we're looking for:
No experience is required - we are looking for people with the drive to succeed!
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Previous experience in a phone-based role would be an advantage
Experience managing high volumes of outbound calls is highly regarded
Ability to work towards KPIs and performance targets
A resilient, positive and customer-focused mindset
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A genuine desire to help customers succeed
