This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with clients, coordinating processes, and delivering a great onboarding experience.
π― Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of new sellers or partners
- Guide sellers through account setup, documentation, and platform training
- Verify information and ensure compliance with onboarding requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, compliance)
- Provide ongoing support during the onboarding phase
- Maintain accurate records and onboarding progress in CRM systems
- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes and user experience

Requirements
- 1β4 years of experience in onboarding, client support, operations, or account coordination
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
- Based in Australia with full working rights
