Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Customer success / support operations Evaluator to work on a contractual basis. This person will evaluate AI-generated work products, such as documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, for accuracy, rigor, and domain quality, applying deep subject-matter expertise to grade outputs. The evaluator will work with AI-generated artifacts in the customer success and support operations domain, identifying errors and providing clear, structured written feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against domain-specific quality rubrics to assess their accuracy and quality.

• Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors in AI-generated work products, such as documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.

• Provide clear, structured written feedback on AI-generated artifacts to help improve their quality and accuracy.

• Apply deep subject-matter expertise in customer success and support operations to grade AI-generated outputs.

• Review and assess AI-generated work products for rigor and domain quality, ensuring they meet the required standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• The evaluator should have 5+ years of relevant professional experience in customer success and support operations, with a deep understanding of the domain.

• Native or professional fluency in English is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• The evaluator should be highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Google Slides and PowerPoint.

• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution is preferred, but not required.

• The evaluator should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify errors and provide constructive feedback.
