About the role

We're on the hunt for an experienced Senior Manager (Workforce Advisory) to join our growing team. In this full-time hybrid Brisbane role, you'll lead the scoping, design and delivery of organisational and workforce strategy projects for and with our amazing clients in the K-12 education sector.

You’ll operate as the senior lead across a range of exciting organisational development, redesign, strategy and change projects, working closely with school systems and similar enterprises across ANZ. This is a rare opportunity to do genuinely novel work at the intersection of people, data and education — with a team that is passionate about supporting schools to be amazing places to work.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage the end-to-end design and delivery of strategic HR/organisational development advisory projects for customers across the K-12 education sector in ANZ, covering areas such as workforce supply, attraction and retention, workforce strategy, organisational design and transformation, and professional learning

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts (school systems and similar enterprises), building relationships with multiple stakeholders and providing proactive, high-quality support

  • Create and coordinate the integration of professional learning content into our offerings, increasing opportunities for customers to access learning asynchronously

  • Contribute to PeopleBench’s thought leadership through articles, posts, resources and tools — with a focus on amplifying customer success stories and workforce improvement initiatives

  • Build strong relationships across internal functions (product, research, data, marketing and business development) and contribute the voice of the customer in developing new IP, processes and offerings

  • Proactively support the CXO to advance business development activities enabling a steady pipeline of new and expanded advisory revenue in line with company forecasts

What we’re looking for

  • Demonstrated success leading the delivery of consulting projects in the HR/Organisational Development field, with substantial depth advising on workforce strategy and hire-to-retire lifecycle issues (experience in K-12, NFP or government environments highly regarded)

  • Outstanding written, verbal, facilitation and presentation skills, including the ability to guide stakeholders through the ‘so what’ and ‘now what’ of workforce data

  • Proven success building and nurturing a portfolio of customer relationships, with a strong customer service ethic and commitment to high-quality engagement

  • Strong project management and team leadership capabilities, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time, on budget and to quality standards

  • Comfort working in a flexible, self-directed environment as part of an international, values-driven team

  • Experience using (or ability to rapidly learn) customer support tracking solutions such as HubSpot

  • University degree required; qualifications in Organisational Psychology or Business are highly desirable
